This is news to me, though apparently some several years
behind the curve (seeing it mentioned in a 2010 RopeCord
News periodical --Cordage Institue). Samson Ropes introduced
"Innegra" rope, a combination of some sort of "high-modulus
polyPROpylene" AND HMPE. And here is a product using that
in the core, with a Technora (aramid copolymer) sheath (and
a spool at about $2.35 per FOOT for 9.5mm size!).

and another company, too:

Interesting. Costly !
How many feet are you getting? ;)
For specialty group use it seems. Aside from its buoyancy, the specs are not that impressive to me, unless I have missed something.
From narescue:
"Diameter: 9.5mm
Weight: 3.82 lb per 100 ft
Elongation: 1.6%
Tensile Strength: 5,495 lbf (24.4 kN)
Fibers (core/sheath): Innegra?/Technora
Sheath Ratio: 62% Technora "
From BlueWater:
BlueWater Ropes 9mm ProTac Static Rope
"Diameter: 9mm
Tensile Strength: 6,000 lbf. (26.7 kN)
Sheath Slippage: 0mm
Grams Per Meter: 58
Sheath Mass: 50%
Elongation:
@ 300 lbf = 2.6% "
$0.92 per foot.
A little thinner, a little stretchier, a little softer on a fall and a little less expensive. ;D

AND, my goodness, Grandmother, what big stat.s you have
(compared to your 10, 10.5, 11mm siblings) !!!
Less stretch and greater strength (well, 6000 - 5,500 - 6,500) !?!
Something's fishy.
Constant is the reported 50/50 dist. of kern/mantle,
and all say nylon & polyester. How's the 9mm sooo
much lighter have such non-stretch & strength?!?!
