Title: pineapple knot at the end of the rope or something else?

Hello,greetings from Israel!

To make a Long story short my dad saw this knot on the keychain of a colleague.

I wonder if any of you guys recognize this knot,is it a pineapple knot or something else?

Could you please guide me how make it
