Monkey Fist/Solomen Bar

Anyone have any instructions on how to make a monkey fist attached to the end of a solomen bar?   I saw one the other day, but I wasn't able to get a good look at how it was made.

Make the Solomon bar out of the strands that comes from the finished Monkey fist.
