I too loved the video posted by alana showing how to turn a Constrictor Knot into a Jug Sling.

More recently I was looking at how Ashley turned a Constrictor Knot into a midline loop [ABoK #1059] or an end loop [ABoK #1045].  I could not resist trying to do a similar thing with the "Super Constrictor" that occurs in the middle of your video.  It is very difficult to tighten, but the result can be worked into a decent midline knot.  {I also learned that it is not that easy to tighten Ashley's two knots, so that is probably why you hear so little about them.}  This is not at all a replacement for a Butterfly, because it only is secure pulling in one direction.

bottle three-pack sling

with pulling out the 'handle' from the (super) constrictor knot,
the handle can also be pulled through at two additional points,
at each side of the main bight, through the 'letter X' shapes.
holds 3 to 4 items.

i tested with 3 small plastic bottles which had lids and a definite neck form.
so when the day comes that i need to tote 3 plastic bottles,
i'll have the sling for it  😊

continuing the theme of midline loops from constrictor knots,
here's the loop from pulling the handle throughm and collapsing the knot,
and pulling on the two ends

(i haven't tested any of them)

alternative tying of abok#1142 jug sling
by sequence of loops:

1.overhand loop
2.underhand loop, lassoed over the 1st loop
3.bring the two loops to meet
4.snake out the handle as pictured
