The subject of the simple, easy-to-tie exploding hitches is
very interesting ! ( although I believe it is not as easy as it may look...). The solutions must first be tested on a variety of rope materials and pole diameters, and - last but not least - under heavy loading. Then, and then only, we can have a verdict.
