here is a fun question, what knot you advise on a slippery handle as in the image?

I am looking for a knot that stays the best at its position on the handle.

Sure, Constrictor may work. However, for the purpose of hanging with balance and security, the constrictor is not superior...

   What you need is a tight multi-wrap hitch. IMHO, the easier to tie is the 4-wrap Double Cow hitch - or, if the handle is very slippery, the 6- wrap one (1)-(2). The tightest is the 3/4 wrap TackleClamp hitch (3) - or, if the handle is very-very slippery, the 5/6 wrap one (3)-(4).
   If you can afford maaany wraps, any multi-multi-wrap hitch will do the job.
   Of course, the most beautiful one ( taken into account that beauty is in the eye of the beholder ) is this tangle : (0)

I did use the  4-wrap cow hitch on the top of my wife's steel walking stick to replace the worn out wrist strap and it performs well (the hitch cannot slide upwards because of the plastic stick handle). It was a toss up between this and a 4-wrap strangle knot - which sits better than a constrictor - the double cow hitch won simply because I was looking for a use for it to be able to try it out.

I would use a well dressed and tightened Turks head knot, then use the surplus to form the strap.

Icicle hitch?

   The Icicle hitch is not a tight hitch (1) - when the load is removed, the Standing and the Tail Ends do not remain "locked" in their previous positions, and any tension that had happened to be induced into the wraps during a pre-tightening or a tightening phase is released. In that sense, it is similar to the Well Pile hitch and many other such hitches : the multi-wrap Clove hitch, for example (2).

I'd third that!  Here's another thought:
Recently I made a walking stick for a friend and wrapped a handle on it.  The stick was wood but very slick, polished lacquer and very much like a pool cue.  I tied a 3x5 TH, trebled it and pulled it as tight as I could, tucking the one end while leaving the other quite long.  Then I simply made a series of half hitches pulled very tightly and finished off with another 3x5.  The end result was a wrapping that seemed as if it had been glued on.

What is the purpose of this knot?  Is it for show? is something needed to be hung from it?  Does it need to resist sliding?

If you want grip and simplicity, perhaps you could add the KC Hitch (or for simplicity, the KC Sling Hitch) into your evaluation set.
